PCU Registered Nurse - Saginaw, MI (Travel Job)

Pay: $66/Hr
Length: 13 weeks

Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission Certified recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced PCU Registered Nurse with Neuro experience for a travel assignment with one of our esteemed clients in Saginaw, MI.

Job Description:

• Provide specialized care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a focus on neuro cases
• Monitor and assess patients’ neurological status, vital signs, and response to treatments
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and complex therapies as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Operate and maintain monitoring equipment and respond to emergencies
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU nursing with neuro experience
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
