Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid registered nursing degree from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: Current BLS and ACLS certifications; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience in a hospital setting
- Other Requirements: Must possess a valid Nursys/State License, clear background check, and immunization records; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and expert labor and delivery nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring safety and comfort during childbirth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for obstetric patients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with hospital policies.
- Execute emergency procedures and respond swiftly to obstetric complications, ensuring patient and neonatal safety.
