Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Connected Health Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. Our PCU nurses are responsible for monitoring patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes. If you are a compassionate and skilled RN, we want you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Must have a home address out of the state of AZ
• Minimum 24 months of current PCU experience 
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross 
• FLU vaccination 
• Travel experience - Preferred
