- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or radiology-related coursework preferred
- Certifications Requirements:
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Radiation Therapy Technologist certification (ARRT or equivalent)
- State licensure as required
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapy Tech within the specialty
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 8a-430p schedule, strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt to fast-paced hospital environment

- Provide precise radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with prescribed protocols and medical plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate treatment delivery and patient safety.
- Maintain and operate radiation therapy equipment, performing routine quality checks and troubleshooting as needed.
- Document patient treatments, side effects, and equipment maintenance accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Educate patients on treatment procedures, safety measures, and post-treatment care instructions.
