Job Description

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment.
• Ensure proper patient positioning for optimal image clarity while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment in accordance with safety and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to assess imaging results and support patient diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Adhere to all radiation safety procedures and infection control guidelines.
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear explanations of procedures.

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Certification: ARRT certification required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Licensure: Must meet Georgia state licensing requirements for Radiologic Technologists.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
