Local Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical - Atlanta, GA
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,100/Week

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week local travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare partner while earning up to $2,100/week, based on experience.

Position Highlights:

  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks

  • Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Compensation: Up to $2,100/week depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical unit

  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed

  • Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans

  • Document patient information accurately and timely using EMR systems

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge care

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience required

  • BLS Certification required (AHA)

  • ACLS Certification preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
