- Education Requirements: Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (if required by facility)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent ER nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to work nights, strong communication skills, flexibility to adapt to different shifts, ability to pass background and health screenings
