Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse – Canton, GA
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,190 (DOE)
Connected Health Care, a top-tier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel/Contract Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a well-regarded healthcare partner in Canton, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D RN to support growing families while enjoying the scenic charm of northern Georgia.
Job Description:

Provide comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
-
Monitor fetal heart tones, maternal vital signs, and labor progression
-
Administer medications and assist with pain management options
-
Support obstetricians and midwives during delivery and emergent situations
-
Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
-
Maintain detailed and timely documentation using Cerner EMR
-
Ensure a safe, clean, and calm environment for mothers and newborns
Schedule:
-
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, varied days
-
Night shift – must be flexible with schedule
Qualifications:
-
Active Georgia or compact state RN license
-
BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications required
-
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery

Proficient with Cerner EMR system
-
Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
