Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent RN degree
- Certifications Requirements: Current RN license in North Carolina, BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience in a hospital setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 3-12 night shifts, strong communication skills, flexibility to float between units, proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), physical ability to stand for extended periods

- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, monitoring fetal and maternal health status
- Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatments, and progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Execute emergency procedures swiftly and effectively during critical situations
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and state regulations
