- Education Requirements: Valid nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS (if required), State Nursing License
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 3-12 shift schedule, good communication skills, ability to adapt to different EMR systems, reliable transportation or housing arrangements, strong patient care skills

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Med/Surg nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and conditions, responding promptly to changes while documenting findings accurately in the EMR system.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and education efforts.
