Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements:
- Valid AHA BLS certification
- Chemo Certification
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination proof or compliance documentation
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Oncology nursing
- Experience administering chemotherapy treatments
- At least 2 years of total nursing experience within the specialty
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work dayshift hours (8am-5pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized oncology nursing care to patients, including administration of chemotherapy and supportive therapies.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments, recognize adverse reactions, and intervene as necessary to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans aligned with best practices and facility protocols.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately within electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment regimens, post-treatment care, and safety precautions to promote understanding and compliance.
