Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or willingness to obtain licensure prior to start
- Certifications Requirements: BLS certification, ACLS certification (preferred), minimum of 1-year experience in Operating Room (OR) nursing
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent OR nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to pass a criminal background check, strong communication skills, flexibility to work multiple shifts, ability to lift and position patients, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room environment, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to prepare for and execute surgical procedures efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and monitor sterile environments, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and institutional policies.
