Local Travel PACU Registered Nurse – Atlanta, Georgia | 13-Week Contract
Connected Health Care is partnering with a respected healthcare provider in Atlanta, GA to fill a Local Travel PACU Registered Nurse position. This 13-week contract opportunity offers weekly compensation up to $2,205, based on experience. If you have a strong background in post-anesthesia care and meet the required certifications, this is an excellent opportunity to work in one of Georgia’s most dynamic cities!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Description
-
Provide critical care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
-
Monitor vital signs and patient responses to anesthesia recovery
-
Administer medications, treatments, and pain management interventions
-
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
-
Educate patients and families on post-operative care
-
Accurately document all patient care in accordance with facility protocols
-
Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition or emergency situations
Education and Certification Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in PACU or post-anesthesia care nursing
-
Active RN license in Georgia or compact state license
-
Certifications Required:
-
AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
-
AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
-
AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

NIH Stroke Certification
