- Education Requirements: Current nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Nursys/State Nursing License, Current CPR/BLS certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a progressive care or telemetry unit
- Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License, strong communication skills, ability to float and adapt to different units as needed

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Execute routine procedures and emergent interventions following hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Adapt to multiple shifts (days and nights) and perform floating duties as required by facility needs.
