Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification (or equivalent), Valid GA State Nursing License
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a hospital setting; experience with pulmonary and thoracic patients preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 3-12 hour shifts; strong communication and critical thinking skills; ability to float within a hospital setting; proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems; physical ability to perform job duties

- Monitor patient vital signs, analyze clinical data, and escalate concerns to the healthcare team as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care activities within the EMR system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and education efforts.
