Job Description:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
