Job Description
Local Travel Registered Nurse (SNF) - North of Boise, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,160 (based on experience)
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Boise, ID, to find a skilled and dedicated Local Travel Registered Nurse (RN). If you're passionate about delivering quality patient care and looking for a contract opportunity in a supportive, close-knit community, this is the perfect fit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following infection control procedures
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho or compact state – Required
- AHA BLS Certification – Required
- Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting – Preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
