Job Description

Local Travel Registered Nurse – ED/Med-Surg - near Trenton, NE
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,565 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a committed Local Travel RN – ED/Med Surg for a critical access hospital in Trenton, Nebraska. If you're an experienced nurse who thrives in a rural hospital setting and values meaningful patient care, this opportunity is for you.

Job Description:

  • Deliver professional nursing care in both Emergency and Medical-Surgical departments

  • Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient outcomes

  • Provide life-saving interventions and respond to emergencies with confidence and precision

  • Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality care

  • Float between units as needed based on patient acuity and staffing needs

  • Ensure timely documentation and compliance with facility protocols

Schedule:

  • 3x12 Hour Shifts
  • Nights: 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM

  • Every Other Weekend Required

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active RN License – Nebraska or Compact State – Required

  • BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS – Required

  • Minimum 2 Years of ED/Med-Surg Nursing Experience – Required

  • Previous Travel Experience – Preferred
