In partnership with Connected Health Care, Claremont General Hospital is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg/Tele/Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN). Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional patient care in Med Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Units.
2. Monitor and interpret vital signs, telemetry readings, and lab results.
3. Administer medications, oversee wound care, and conduct other direct patient care responsibilities.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to design and implement patient care plans.
5. Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families.
6. Uphold all facility policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
7. Document patient care punctually and precisely in electronic health records.

Qualifications:

1. Active NH RN License or ability to acquire.
2. A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care.
3. Updated BLS and ACLS certifications.
4. Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
5. Proficiency in a dynamic and evolving environment.
6. Familiarity with standard EHR systems.
