Local Travel Registered Nurse (SNF) Â -Â Â North of Boise, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,160 (based on experience)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (with opportunities for more)
Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a passionate and experienced Local Travel RN to join a skilled nursing facility just north of Boise, ID. This 13-week contract offers stable hours, competitive pay, and the chance to work in a picturesque setting with a collaborative team.
Job Description:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Educate residents and families about ongoing care and health conditions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems

Respond to emergencies and implement critical care interventions
Education & Certification Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program – Required

Active RN license in the state of Idaho – Required

AHA BLS certification – Required

Minimum of 1–2 years of RN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
