Job Description

Local Travel Registered Nurse (SNF)  -  North of Boise, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,160 (based on experience)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (with opportunities for more)

Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a passionate and experienced Local Travel RN to join a skilled nursing facility just north of Boise, ID. This 13-week contract offers stable hours, competitive pay, and the chance to work in a picturesque setting with a collaborative team.

Job Description:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility

  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

  • Educate residents and families about ongoing care and health conditions

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems

  • Respond to emergencies and implement critical care interventions

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program – Required

  • Active RN license in the state of Idaho – Required

  • AHA BLS certification – Required

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of RN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
