Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights -Â Windsor, VT
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,850 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing partner, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, Vermont. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable facility while making a direct impact on patient recovery and quality of life.
Job Description:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians
-
Assist in the development and implementation of personalized care plans
-
Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
-
Educate patients and families on treatment goals, rehabilitation techniques, and discharge planning
-
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
-
Promote a supportive, healing environment that encourages patient independence and well-being
Education & Certification Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Vermont (or compact license eligible)

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
-
BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
-
ACLS certification preferred
-
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with prior rehab or med-surg experience highly preferred
-
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
