Local Travel Respiratory Therapist - Nights - Lawrenceville, GA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,085 (based on experience)

Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week local travel assignment at a respected healthcare facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally while staying close to home.

Position Overview:
The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. This role plays a critical part in emergency care, intensive care, and routine respiratory support in both adult and pediatric settings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments, ventilator management, and diagnostic testing

  • Monitor patient response and adjust care plans accordingly

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care strategies

  • Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret results

  • Provide emergency respiratory support in critical care and trauma situations

  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety and infection control procedures

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy – Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist – Required

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certification through NBRC – Required

  • Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications – Required

  • Licensure as required by the State of Georgia
