Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel assignment in beautiful Sequim, Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP looking to make a difference in a long-term care setting while exploring one of the most scenic and relaxing destinations in the Pacific Northwest.

Job Description:

As a Travel Speech Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.

  • Educate residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing techniques.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Active Washington State SLP License (or willingness to obtain).

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or SNF setting preferred.

  • BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross).

  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Assignment Details:

  • Location: Sequim, WA

  • Setting: Long-Term Care Facility

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8s | 40 hours/week I Rotating to another location in Port Angeles

  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks

  • Start Date: ASAP or flexible based on availability

  • Competitive Weekly Pay + Housing/Per Diem Stipends
