- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of sterile processing experience in hospital or surgical center settings; familiarity with sterilization equipment and protocols; experience working in fast-paced healthcare environments.
- Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods; strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities; reliable transportation.
