- Certifications Requirements: BLS certification, CST license
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of OR experience with strong orthopedics and C-section procedures
- Other Requirements: Knowledge of surgical standards and practices, resilience, ability to manage change, team-oriented attitude

- Provide sterile surgical assistance during procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are prepared and maintain sterile fields
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff with handling instruments and equipment to facilitate smooth surgeries
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and assist in maintaining surgical standards and protocols
- Support sterilization and processing of surgical instruments in accordance with hospital policies
- Adapt to float requirements and variable schedule changes while ensuring high-quality patient care
