Travel Echo Cardiology Technician

Connected Health Care is currently seeking a Travel Echo Cardiology Technician for our client in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. As a Travel Echo Cardiology Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals.

Job Description:

• Perform echocardiograms to assess the heart's function and detect any abnormalities.
• Work with physicians to interpret test results and provide accurate diagnosis.
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort during the process.
• Maintain and update patient records and test results.
• Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field.
• RDCS or RCS certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• BLS and ACLS certification.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
• Proficient in using echocardiography equipment and interpreting results.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
