Travel Emergency Room RN – Los Angeles, CA (13 weeks)

This is a 13-week travel assignment for an ER RN eager to provide critical care while experiencing all the vibrant culture, sunny weather, and unique attractions Los Angeles has to offer.

Job Description:

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting.
• Assess, triage, and manage patients with varying degrees of illness or injury.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies efficiently and effectively, following established protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, medications, and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California (or compact license).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Ability to thrive in a high-stress environment and handle multiple critical cases simultaneously.
