Travel Emergency Room RN (13 weeks)
Location: Bristol, PA
About the Position
Connected Health Care is partnering with a premier healthcare provider in Bristol, PA, to seek an experienced and compassionate Travel Emergency Room RN for a 13-week assignment. This opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients in need.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a dynamic ER setting
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patients
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care
- Follow hospital protocols and emergency procedures to stabilize and treat patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-hospital care
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Licensure: Active and unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license)
- Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of ER experience (Travel experience preferred but not required)
- Skills: Strong communication, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure
