Job Description

As an Emergency Room RN, you will:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in emergency situations.
• Perform assessments, prioritize patient needs, and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strict adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN license (California preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC certification is a plus).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required.
