Location: Near Ness County, Kansas
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shifts: Day & Night Shift | 3x12s

Connected Health Care is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated healthcare team at a Critical Access Hospital near Ness County, KS. This is a great opportunity to work in a rural hospital setting that values compassionate care and teamwork while exploring the quiet charm of the Midwest.

Job Description:

As a Travel RN in the ER/Med-Surg unit, you will:

  • Provide direct patient care in both Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical units

  • Triage patients, assess health conditions, and initiate treatment plans

  • Administer medications and IVs as prescribed

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards

Requirements:

  • Active RN license – Kansas or compact state

  • BLS, ACLS required (TNCC preferred)

  • Minimum 1 year of recent ER and Med-Surg experience

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and critical thinking skills

  • Experience in rural or critical access facilities preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

  • 13-week contract

  • Day & night shifts available | 3x12s
