Job Description:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and document patient care activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans, adapting as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on health care needs, medication administration, and other care aspects.
• Respond to emergency situations with calm and efficient action.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
• Licensure: Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in New Hampshire (or compact license).
• Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience, ideally in a travel nursing setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and adapt to new teams quickly.
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and highly motivated to provide excellent care.
