This dynamic role requires experience in ER, ICU, and Med/Surg, offering a unique chance to sharpen your skills in diverse healthcare settings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care across ER, ICU, and Med/Surg units.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform emergency interventions and advanced life support as needed in the ER and ICU.
- Deliver compassionate care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio (or compact license).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ER, ICU, and Med/Surg settings.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (TNCC preferred).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required.
