Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Certifications Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Minnesota (MN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical or long-term care nursing experience
- Experience working in hospital, clinic, psychiatric, or long-term care settings
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours including early morning shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
