Travel LPN (LTC Setting) – Up to $1,620 / Week
Location: Madison, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: PM and Night Shifts
Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed
Housing: On-site or local housing options available

Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to take your nursing skills on the road? We’re hiring for a 13-week travel contract in a long-term care facility located in the peaceful town of Madison, MN. This is your chance to grow professionally while experiencing small-town charm and the natural beauty of western Minnesota.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting

  • Administer medications, treatments, and assist with daily living activities

  • Monitor and document changes in residents' health status

  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and healthcare staff to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Adhere to care plans, safety standards, and facility policies

  • Communicate with residents’ families as needed

  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and occasional extended hours

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in Minnesota or compact state

  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in LTC, rehab, or skilled nursing

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and charting skills

  • Willingness to work evening and night shifts, including weekends
