If you’re an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse looking for an exciting travel assignment, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Job Description:

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist in patient care planning and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN/LVN license in the state of New Hampshire (or compact license)
• Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• IV Certification preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum of 1-2 years of LPN/LVN experience, preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting
