- Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred; IV certification (if applicable).
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care settings.
- Other Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work evening shifts; ability to adapt to facility protocols; reliable transportation; positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
