As a Travel/Local LPN, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of assignments, working with us locally or traveling to new destinations. Required Skills
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
- 1+ year of recent LPN experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, plan, and implement patient care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in travel or per-diem nursing
Preferred Education and Experience
- Diploma or certificate in practical nursing certifications, such as CNA or Basic Life Support (BLS)
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel for assignments (local and national opportunities available)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (for travel assignments)
