Job Description:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve patients' ability to perform daily living and work activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance functional independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Required: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington State.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a clinical, rehab, or hospital setting preferred but not required.
