Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Near Spearfish, SD | 13-Week Contract | Up to $2,800/Week (DOE)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for an exciting local travel opportunity near Spearfish, South Dakota. This 13-week contract position offers top-tier compensation and the chance to serve in a supportive and scenic environment.

Job Description:

  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver physical therapy interventions to help patients regain mobility and function

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary

  • Provide patient and caregiver education

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with regulations

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT or equivalent)

  • Current South Dakota PT license (or ability to obtain before start date)

  • BLS Certification required

  • Prior experience in a clinical PT setting preferred
