Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Belle Fourche, SD
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,800 DOE

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Job Description:

  • Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

  • Educate patients and families on treatment methods and goals

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Active South Dakota PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • Current BLS certification required

  • At least 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
