Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Near Sturgis, SD
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,800/Week (DOE)

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing agency, is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist for a local travel assignment near Sturgis, South Dakota. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and physical function

  • Work closely with interdisciplinary care teams

  • Educate patients and families on therapy plans and at-home exercises

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (DPT or equivalent)

  • Active South Dakota PT license or ability to obtain prior to start date

  • Current BLS certification

  • Previous clinical experience preferred
