Follow individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs

Ensure compliance with facility protocols and professional standards
Requirements

Valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Oregon (or compact eligible)

Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Previous SNF or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
