Job Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

  • Assist patients in improving mobility, relieving pain, and achieving maximum functional performance

  • Accurately document daily progress notes and communicate effectively with rehab and facility staff

  • Follow individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs

  • Ensure compliance with facility protocols and professional standards

Requirements

  • Valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Oregon (or compact eligible)

  • Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

  • Previous SNF or geriatric experience preferred

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
