Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Near Spearfish, SD | 13-Week Contract | Up to $1,720/Week (DOE)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a local travel assignment near Spearfish, South Dakota. If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity in a beautiful and dynamic setting, this contract role is an excellent fit!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans

  • Monitor and document patient progress

  • Support patients in exercises and mobility training

  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and goals

  • Ensure a safe and clean therapeutic environment

  • Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver quality care

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program

  • Active South Dakota PTA license or eligibility to obtain

  • CPR/BLS Certification required

  • Previous clinical experience preferred but not required
