Job Description:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in patients.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Provide therapy for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on communication strategies and speech therapy techniques.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, progress notes, and treatment evaluations.

Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance therapy effectiveness and patient progress.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Active SLP License in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain one).

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of recent SLP experience (travel experience a plus).

Experience in medical, rehab, school, or skilled nursing settings is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and families.
