Job Description:
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the respective state(s) of practice.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
