Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in dietary management preferred
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential; ServSafe certification (or equivalent); CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager or in a similar role; experience in long-term care facilities preferred; familiarity with dietary regulations and safety standards
  • Other Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently; attention to detail; physical ability to handle kitchen and food service responsibilities
