Job Description:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' motor skills, mobility, and independence.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- State licensure in Virginia.
