Job Description

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a 13-week local travel/contract assignment near Mount Vernon, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on patient care.

Position Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Weekly Compensation: Up to $2600 based on experience

Job Description:

  • Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients in a local healthcare facility.
  • Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance independence and quality of life.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care outcomes.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment to support daily activities.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy License
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
