Job Description:
- Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality therapy services to patients.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities based on treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy interventions.
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment for optimal patient outcomes.
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the respective state(s) of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
