Job Description:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including long-term care (LTC) facilities.
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and caregivers.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a long-term care (LTC) setting.

Contract Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,700 based on experience
